Rob gherson

Rob's playing career, passion for the position, natural ability to work with younger athletes and positive results in his athletes development,  are the key reasons for Rob's success.  

Rob's playing career is highlighted by 4 years in the OHL which led him to be drafted in the 5th round to the Washington Capitals in 2002. During his playing days, Rob was awarded an OHL All Star Game MVP, World Hockey Championship Silver Medal and a Calder Cup Championship with the Chicago Wolves of the AHL.  With over 150 professional games, including 70+ games in the AHL over a 4 year career, Rob had decided to start his journey in mentoring younger athletes. 

Rob is currently the Goaltending Coordinator at Upper Canada College, Head Coach with Sterling Hall and the Goalie Coach for the North York Rangers Jr. A team.


matt vadori

Matt is an educator by trade with a wealth of experience working with hockey schools and developing young athletes on and off the ice.  

Matt has completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Bachelor of Education degree as well as a Fitness & Lifestyle Management Diploma.  

With his extensive education and experience working in the fitness world as a personal trainer / fitness consultant and as a school teacher, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and teaching experience to his on ice delivery of our programs.

Matt currently holds his Development 1 Coach Certification and will complete his re-certification of the trainer's course in the near future.
