Bio

Daniel grew up playing for the Vaughan Panthers AA team. At the time, Toronto Red Wings Coach Steve Birch, noticed his skill level but more importantly his passion and enthusiasm for the game of hockey. Daniel spent his Bantam and Minor Midget years playing for the Red Wings under Birch, where he grew into a top point scorer and an impactful leader for the club.

Daniel moved on to play the next 4 seasons in the OJHL where he continually built upon his success from year to year. In his final year with the Newmarket Hurricanes, Daniel finished with 93 points on the season. His success at this level earned him a scholarship to Robert Morris University, who play in Atlantic Hockey, NCAA Division I.

Daniel has now completed 4 seasons with the Colonials where he has not broken stride. After a learning year in his Freshman season and finishing with 3 points, he has become one of the top point producers.  Finishing his Junior year, Daniel had 29 points with 18 of them being goals which put him as 7th in point production.  Daniel finished his Senior year as 2nd in scoring with 49 points which puts him in 5th as the individual season point producer in program history.  Daniel was called up to the East Coast Hockey League's Wheeling Nailers to finish the season, where he had 5 goals and 3 assists in 7 games.  Daniel has signed with the Nailers for the 2017/18 hockey season.

Daniel seems to always impress those that are watching. He was invited to the Winnipeg Jets rookie training camp 2  summers ago and continues to pursue his optimal potential.

Daniel will be joining our Team Training Camps again for the summer of 2017 where he looks to help give our players the motivation, passion, skill and his personal insights to success.
